The objectives of the study were to examine the impact of the Law and Government Resolution on the scope of prostitution in Israel, on its consumption, and on individuals in prostitution.

The collection includes studies in the RSPA's areas of intervention that were initiated by the Ministry of Welfare during the period 2016–2023, as well as academic research towards master's and doctoral degrees that were conducted with the approval of the Ministry of Welfare in those areas during that period. The collection is organized according to the RSPA units and target populations, and each study is summarized, with emphasis on the main findings and practical recommendations for professionals in the field. Whenever possible, a link to the full study is included.

The objective of the review is to assist the development of an evidence-based national plan to address food insecurity in Israel by learning from practices in developed countries regarding legislation, policy, assistance programs, and through mapping challenges, barriers, and best practices.

The overarching objective of this review is to provide information collected in various Western countries in order to optimize the development of a policy for treating and helping Israeli families engaged in separation and divorce processes. The topics of this review include legislation and treatment policies related to these families, as well as families with parental conflicts more generally; the types of interventions provided to these families; tailored and accessible interventions for families from diverse demographic groups; case studies of integrative service models for these families; barriers and challenges and best practices in serving them.

This study set out to conduct a comprehensive evaluation of the five-year plan: to examine the benefits of the plan to the Negev Bedouin population by drawing on an extensive range of perspectives and relying on appropriate research methods. In particular, the study aim was to shed light on how the plan was developed and tailored; to identify international best practices in reducing inequalities and strengthening community resilience, primarily regarding disempowered minorities; to examine the extent to which the plan achieved its core goals; to aid decision makers in improving future plans; and to provide the public with a reliable portrayal of the plan's development and implementation.

The objective of the literature review is to gather and analyze existing knowledge about ultra-Orthodox youth and young adults (both female and male) at risk. It aims to gain a deeper understanding of the factors contributing to the formation of risk situations among this population, their characteristics and needs, the services currently available to this population and the level of compatibility with their needs, and the adjustments necessary to ensure more comprehensive services.

This object of the review is to examine the policies and practices in education for shared living and anti-racist education" teacher training programs around the world to answer the following questions: (1) What are the policies in this field? (2) What actions are taken in the field of teacher training institutions? (3) What are the best practices for teacher training for shared living and anti-racist education?

The overarching objective of this study was to create, for the first time in Israel, an individual-level, practical wellbeing index comprising a relatively short list of aspects, that can be used to assess the impact of intervention programs on individual wellbeing. The objectives of the research stage presented in this report are: (1) To compile a shortlist of aspects to be included in the wellbeing index; and (2) To determine the relative weight of each aspect.

The goals of this study are: 1.To understand the values of the Negev Bedouin, their priorities, the characteristics of their community resilience, and their attitudes towards the local authority and the state. 2.To examine differences in values, strengths, and challenges between different groups within the Bedouin population so as to suit specific programs to each of the groups. 3. To understand the perceptions of the local Bedouin leadership regarding the unique values and needs of the population and the way in which these needs are met by the services and programs developed for this population. 4. To identify challenges in the implementation of plans to promote the socio-economic development of the Negev Bedouin, such as the five-year plan, and to make recommendations for their optimal implementation.

The goals of this review were: (1) to learn from the experience of other countries about the strategies adopted and the ways of coping with the barriers involved in the implementation of plans for reducing socio-economic gaps between traditional-tribal minority populations with characteristics similar to those of the Bedouin population in the Negev and the general population in their countries of residence; (2) to map the best practices (including the tools and actions) employed by various countries in line with the unique culture and values of the traditional-tribal minority populations to assist headquarters officials and field personnel in the implementation of policy for reducing socio-economic gaps. The review is intended to serve as a basis for improving the development and provision of services for the Bedouin population in the Negev in view of its unique characteristics, its needs, and the barriers and challenges that it faces.
